PAIR OF 18TH C CARVED OAK CORBELS

A Pair of 18th Century Carved Oak Corbels. Each with a rounded and stepped pediment, with a concave profile, over the baluster shaped shoulders, carved with falling leaf decoration, before the body with rising and arched flutes, finished with rising stop reeds. Date circa 1740. Height 34 3/4 inches, 89cm. Width 6 1/4 inches, 16cm. Depth 2 1/2 inches, 6.5cm.
