An 18th Century Mahogany Bucket. The bucket with a rounded rim, over the straight sided body, tapering to a circular foot, with a recessed bottom. the bucket bound with good gauge brass banding, decorated with fine reed edging. The top band with brackets to hold the hinging handle, tapering outward toward the centre. Date circa 1770. Height, handle flat, 18 inches, 46cm. Diameter 14 1/4 inches, 36cm.Ref: 23173
