A 19th Century Dressing Mirror. The mid 19th century Mahogany Dressing Mirror, with a circular frame and plate, held within a demi lune support, the mirror angle adjusting with brass screw knobs. The mirror rising and falling on a column, within a ring and baluster turned outer column, the height adjusting with a mahogany screw. The whole standing on an outward sweeping circular base, finished with a rounded moulding. The underside with lead loading. Height, 24 inches 61cm when column at lowest. Width, 13 ½ inches 34cm Depth, 9 inches 23cm Circa 1850
