The 18th century mahogany serpentine chest of drawers. With a caddy top, above the four long graduated drawers. The top drawer opening to a brushing slide, sliding back to reveal a fitted interior, with four lidded compartments, and further compartments with vertical divisions. Each drawer with a cockbeaded edge, with brass rosette and pineapple decorated handles, against well figured fronts. The drawers lined in good close grained oak. The chest finished with concave and stepped moulding, above the four bracket feet. Very good hard mahogany, and nice colour.
