18TH C DELFT CHARGER

An 18th Century Delft Charger. The charger with an ochre banded rim, surrounding a scroll motif border. The dished sides with trailing and spreading flowers, enclosing a scene of a figure holding flagged banners as they ride an exotic beast through long grass and ferns. The rear with a foot rim and makers mark for De BYL? Date circa 1760. Height 2 inches, 5cm. Diameter 13 1/4 inches, 34cm.
